Every item you find on this site is guaranteed to be exactly what it is described as, if you receive a RoyDL3 original product that is defective or damaged, the item will be immediately replaced at no cost to the buyer. This includes Siliwax, BOBs, and any other item made in-house.

Any curated items listed very plainly offer a 100% accurate description of the item in question, and conditional information is provided. Likewise if you purchase a curated item and it arrives to you in any condition other than what is shown/listed, we will not hesitate to balance our scales! Just contact us, and we can go over how to best sort you out! This can mean shipment of a replacement item (if available), a refund (full/partial) or product replacement (of equal value of items of claim, prorated to allow for any variance in bottom line due to situations like a partial refund).
